Selecting the right ring size to suit your hand is important as you want your ring to have a great fit without being to tight or to loose.

I have a coupon code, how do I apply this to my purchase?

If you have a coupon code that’s awesome as you will defiantly get a great discount on an already fantastically priced purchase. You can apply your coupon code in the Cart section of our checkout process where your coupon discount will be applied. *Please note that most of our coupons are active for a limited time only so don’t’ forget to make your purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I send my purchase to another address other than my own? 

You can have your item sent to either a commercial or private postal address. We can also post your item to an address other than your own. You can add the alternate shipping details at the checkout stage of your purchase.

How can I contact your customer service department?

We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously and we sincerely hope that you love our products as much as we do. Can I write a review about my purchase?

How should I best care for my Silicone Ring?

Silicone rings are incredibly durable and they can take a lot of punishment but you should clean your ring every couple of day just to keep it in great condition.

To clean your ring simply add a couple of drops of soap into warm water and then scrub your ring with a toothbrush or a soft sponge.

You can deep clean your ring every couple of months by immersing it in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then scrubbing it with a toothbrush.

As a precaution…

  • Take the Ring off before sleeping, showering, swimming, or washing the dishes etc.
  • Keep your ring away from harsh cleaning chemicals, extreme temperatures, lotions, perfumes, soaps, and anything that might react with the Bracelet.
  • Do not wear the ring while playing a sport, at work or in harsh physical working environments.

How do I order my Silicone Ring? 

Ordering you product couldn’t be easier, you can pay for your item via your PayPal account and if you don’t have a PayPal account you can simply sign into PayPal as a guest and purchase your desired product using your credit card.

When will my item be shipped?

  • We ship to every country across the globe and our shipping is FREE no matter where in the world you live.
  • Once we have received and verified your payment your order will be processed within 2-3 working days.
  • We can ship to both domestic and commercial premises along with shipping to your nominated shipping address.
  • Our shipping usually takes between 10 and 15 business days to major cities with a little longer to regional or rural areas.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking details so that you can keep an eye on your delivery.

How do I track my order? 

All of our purchases come with shipment tracking so that you can anticipate when your order will be due to arrive.

Once we have successfully processed your payment and we have your item ready to send we will email you with the tracking details.

Do you have a Return and Refund Policy? 

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If on receiving your product you find it to be faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You will be required to pay for the return postage yourself, so please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. To be eligible for a return,

  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will also require that you email us with photographic proof of the damage or fault to both the purchased item and the packaging that it came in.
  • We do not accept refunds if you change your mind or if you choose the incorrect size for your purchase.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.
