Returns and Refunds Policy of My Man Bands

This Returns and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the following purchases: through www.mymanbands.com.au

How to receive a refund and make a return.

  1. Complete the Returns and Refunds Contact form at the top of this page.
  2. Insert your Purchase ID Number (this number can be found on your purchase confirmation email), and the email you used to purchase your product and any additional messages or comments into the required fields and then click submit.

Return and Refund Timeline

Refunds

  • Once we have received your completed Returns and Refunds Contact form email we will contact you via email within 3 business days to request your postal address and any additional information, like a photo of the item to be refunded.
  • Once we have received the email from you outlining your full postal address and the additional information we requested then we will complete the full refund of the purchase price of your product into the same account from which you purchased the product within 3 business days.
  • We will then send you a stamped self-addressed envelope to your postal address so that you can return the refunded product back to us at My Man Bands.

Exchanges and Returns

  • Once we have received your completed Returns and Refunds Contact form email we will contact you within 3 business days to request your postal address and any additional information, like a photo of the item to be returned or exchanges.
  • Once we have received the email from you outlining your full postal address and the additional information we requested then we will post your exchanged new product to you within 3 business days.
  • Within the postage of your new product, we will include a stamped self-addressed envelope so that you can return the refunded product back to us at My Man Bands.

Return and Refund Criteria

Below are the criteria or circumstances under which you can request a refund or return of your purchased product. If your unsure situation falls into one of the criteria then please complete the Returns and Refunds Contact for above and we will respond to you within 3 working days.

Exchanges

We will Refund or Exchange your product under any of the following circumstances.
You have 60 days once you receive your purchase to start the Return and Refund process by completing the Returns and Refunds contact form at the top of this page.

Change of Mind

You can exchange your purchase for another product of the same purchase price within 60 days of receiving your product if you have changed your mind about your purchase and you would like a different colour, style or size.

Our Product Warranty Period

We offer a 365 day warranty period from the date you receive your product.
If your product is found to be faulty or it breaks within this warranty period you are entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price of your product or we will exchange your product for a new one of the same purchase price.

Faulty or Broken Product

If you find that your purchase is faulty or breaks within 365 days of receiving your product then you are entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price of your product or we will exchange your product for a new one of the same price.

Damaged on Arrival

If you find that the item you purchased was damaged when you received your purchase then you are entitled to an exchange for another product of the same price or a full refund of your purchase price.
Please complete the Refunds and Returns form at the top of this page within 60 days of receiving your damaged product and once we have received your completed form then we will contact you within 3 business days to start our returns or refunds procedure as outlined above.

You Received the Wrong Product

If you find that you have received the wrong product from the one that you have originally purchased then we will gladly exchange it for the correct product or if you wish you can receive a full refund of your product purchase price. Please make sure that you contact us as soon as possible using the Returns and Refunds contact for above.

Your Purchase never Arrives

If after 7 to 10 working days your product never arrives then please initiate the Returns and Refunds procedure as outlined above.
Once we have received your request we will contact you within 3 working days to begin our Returns and Refunds procedure.

You will be entitled to either a full refund of the product purchase price or we will happily send you a replacement product via Australia Post within 3 business days.

Cancellation after ordering.

If you would like to cancel your purchase after you have placed your order then that's fine. Using your purchase confirmation email please start the Returns and refunds procedure as outlined above and we will be happy to refund the purchase price of your product in full within 3 business days of receiving your completed Returns and Refunds contact form.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In the event that a product you have purchased meets one or more of the above criteria then My Man Bands will bear any cost of shipping the said product (the "Returned Product") back to us, as well as any cost of shipping any replacement product to you.

Response Time

We process any requests for Exchanges or Refunds and returns within 3 business days of receipt of a completed Returns and Refunds contact form.
