The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Your Order

  • An Order Confirmation email is sent to the e-mail address you used when purchasing your product after placing your order.
  • Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
  • We suggest that you also check your Junk and or Spam email folder if you do not receive your order confirmation email.
  • Your confirmation email will contain your Purchase ID Number and the shipping address that you completed on our checkout page.
  • Please make sure to check that you have added your correct postal address.
  • If your postal address is incorrect then please complete the Returns and Refunds Contact form on our Returns and Refunds page as soon as you notice the discrepancy, alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] or phone us on 0414245383

Shipment Processing Time

  • After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time that we receive your order.
  • Business days means Monday to Friday, except weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays but will be sent on the next business day within the 2-3 day processing timeframe.
  • We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.
  • Once we have posted your order we will email you with an Order Completed Email
  • All of our orders are sent via Australia Post and include an Australia Post tracking ID Number.
  • You can track your parcel with your provided Tracking Number at the following link Australia Post or you can go to our Order Tracking page on our website and you can track your order from there.
  • We suggest that you also check your Junk and or Spam email folder if you do not receive an Order Completed Email.
  • You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date that you receive your Order Completed Email.

Please note:

  • The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • Whilst we take every precaution when sending your order the actual delivery process is out of our hands so please take this into consideration.

Missing or Lost Package

  • There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception.
  • We’ve found that more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour.
  • The Australia Post representative that delivers your order may leave you a note to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office.
  • My Man Bands politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.
  • The Tracking details provided on the Australia Post Tracking website can also inform you if there are any delays or problems with your delivery from Australia Post.
  • If you haven't received your order within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your Order Completed Email, then please complete the Returns and Refunds Contact form on our Returns and Refunds page as soon as you realise that your parcel hasn't arrived on time, alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] or phone us on 0414245383

Shipment Locations

  • My Man Bands ships only within Australia.
  • We do not ship internationally.

Cost of Shipping

  • As a part Shipping Policy, we deliver all of our products with Free Shipping everywhere within Australia via Austalia Post.

Tracking Options

  • As a part Shipping Policy of our My Man Bands aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process.
  • Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive Order Completed Email with the link to our Order Tracking page from where you will be able to track your parcel.
  • You can also track your parcel with the provided Tracking Number that you will receive on your Order Completed Email at the following link Australia Post Tracking.

Damaged Parcel

  • If there are any damages to the packaging on delivery, and these damages have affected your product then you are entitled to a Refund or Exchange of your purchased item.
